Get active for a chance to win!
Employee Health and Fitness Month is a national observance of health and fitness in the workplace.
As part of this MaineHealth wellness initiative, we hope you will pledge to be more physically active during the month of May and schedule time for fitness throughout your day — even if it’s just for a few minutes.This could mean teaming up with a co-worker for a walking meeting or scheduling a 10 minute group or individual walk.
For a chance to either win a $50 Amazon gift card or TD Beach to Beacon registration bib, complete this survey by May 31 and tell us how you plan to be active this month. 19 winners will be chosen in all, including (17) TD Beach to Beacon registration bibs and (two) Amazon gift card winners. Winners will be announced by early June.
Stories may be featured on the WOW! website or newsletter. If you can’t find time during the work day, plan something physically active at home or with your family. The goal is to make it fun!
