Training

Let’s Go! provides a variety of training opportunities for practice teams. We’ll train your entire team on how Small Steps can help fight obesity by focusing on healthy habits. Please connect with us to talk about in-person training.

Health Care Practices

In 2016, Let’s Go! introduced the Small Steps program to support providers and practice teams in helping their patients establish healthy habits. We learned that time is the biggest barrier for adults when it comes to healthy eating and active living. To combat lack of time, we developed positive messaging focused on quick wins, and thus the Small Steps program promotes incremental behavior change, which ladders up to long-term health impact. In 2017, we added materials to support working with women around healthy habits during pregnancy.

If you’re interested in bringing Let’s Go! Small Steps to your practice and helping patients establish healthy habits, contact us. We provide training, clinical tools and resources as well as patient education material.
