Continuing Education

Continuing education is vital to the fulfillment of MMC's mission. MMC is accredited by the Maine Medical Association to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. Continuing support by the Hearst and Dana Foundations allows continuation of an active outreach education program. More than 2,000 hours of Category I CME programs are offered each year.

MMC continuing education includes undergraduate and graduate medical education programs, clinical pastoral education, allied health education and state-of-the-art, hands on medical education at The Hannaford Center for Safety, Innovation and Simulation.

We know that board certification and regulatory requirements can be confusing. That's why we launched the Cloud CME platform to help you understand your CME requirements and track your CME credits. Click below to access Cloud CME and get started today!
