The 100 Days of Wellness Challenge was designed to encourage activity and exercise through accountability and community! The challenge is a collaborative action plan developed by Memorial Hospital Let’s Go! Small Steps Initiative to coincide with the Age-Friendly Initiative with The Gibson Centerfor Senior Services. This challenge is open to everyone—we welcome kids, teens, families and seniors.

The 100 Day Wellness Challenge will help you develop and maintain healthy habits and overall well-being. These activities will engage you and inspire you to become happier, healthier and more energetic.

Download the Challenge Toolkit or pick up a hardcopy version at one of our local community partners; The Gibson Center or Conway Public Libary.

Don't forget to track your daily wellness activities on the tracking sheets and be sure to use the Activities & Points Guide to get all your bonus points.

* Track your daily wellness activities and include at least one bonus activity per week to accumulate points to win amazing prizes (prizes listed in toolkit)
* Use the different wellness activities to create long term healthy habits from each of the four (4) wellness pillars: Move More, Eat Real, Drink Water and Sleep.

This is not a requirement but is strongly encouraged. Motivating your friends and co-workers is also highly encouraged! Begin tracking on May 13, 2019. 

To complete the Wellness Challenge and be entered into the raffle for a chance to win great prizes, you should complete the following by August 20, 2019:

1. Complete registration.

2. Submit your weekly sheets every Monday during the challenge period. Challenge sheets are confidential and not shared. Weekly points can be submitted online or in-person at The Gibson Center.

Winners will be announced at the challenge wrap up event.
