Flow and Align Yoga
Flow and Align Yoga is a mindful and intentional practice for all levels of yogi's and includes specific cueing for aligning the body's natural movement; and creating space for flowing from asana to asana.
This traditional yoga practice includes breath work (pranayama), intentional movement (asana) and aspects of mindful meditation and focus.
Along with the ancient practice of this style of yoga, participants will be supported in self-discovery, gentle movement and inspiration and motivation to commit to a healthy lifestyle. The space we create together is fun, enlightening and with simple practices to follow.
Let go of the day and open up to time for your health!
All levels are welcome.

INSTRUCTOR BIO: Anjali Rose (Lisa M. Lee, MEd.) is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Sound Healer and 200 hr. RYT and member of Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing for several years and loves the Warrior Goddess asana.
She began her path to teaching in 2015 and brings a unique integrated approach by combining the healing art of reiki and yoga, creating a powerful combination. She recently completed another 200 hour Yoga Intensive on Yogic philosophy. She is the creator of BLISS Yoga a Restorative Yoga practice enhanced with crystals, tarot cards, sound and aromatherapy.
As a Reiki and Yoga Practitioner, she offers loving 1:1 client healing sessions and group yoga classes throughout Mt Washington Valley and Western Maine. More info can be found at http://anjali-rose.com/
