Yoga Basics is a gentle, safe, and fun way to start your journey toward good health and wellbeing. You do not need any yoga experience to take part in this class. The simple postures can benefit beginners as well as anyone who wishes to restart their yoga practice. Mary will show you how yoga really can work for everyone!
