SummerFit Boot Camp
Don't Let The Summer Get You Too Far Away from Your Wellness Goals! Join Personal Trainer, Carl Iacozili in a special 4-week SummerFit Boot Camp. Available for all fitness levels, class will be adjusted for your skill level.
- Bootcamp will consist of a mixture of Core Workouts, Cardio and Calisthenics for overall fitness and strength.
- Incorporating HIIT Training, body weight calisthenics and weights to get a great full body workout.
- Working through different progressions for beginners to advanced and focusing on form first.
- One day per week will be upper body and core then the 2nd day will be lower body and core.
Class will meet 2 times a week for 4 weeks.
Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00-6:00pm
Location: North Conway Conference Room in the Outpatient Physical Therapy Bldg, 2nd Floor on the Memorial Hospital Campus

I moved to this area 20 years ago to enjoy all of the sports that the mountains have to offer. As a transplant from the flat lands of Ohio, my love for training started the moment I arrived in the mountains. I had never experienced the kind of sports minded community we have here in the Valley.
My passion for athletics and sports grew with each event I accomplished and I found myself wanting to pass that passion on to others. I have coached high school mountain bike teams, football, gymnastics and presently coach Ninja Warrior Training for both kids and adults. It was all of this that led me to pursuing my CPT from ACE Fitness so that I can train more effectively and help others to achieve their fitness goals.
