This Tai Chi class reduces risk of falls by improving balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility through mindful movements in a slow, flowing motion.

This exercise class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 10:00-11:00am for 24 weeks. Classes will be held at Journey Church in Conway.
