Dropbox is an online file hosting service that the Home Office uses to easily supply Coordinators with the resources you need to do your Let’s Go! work.
Here you will find a variety of program resources, contact information, meeting calendars, master slide decks, training materials (certificates/sign-in sheets), press release templates, district wellness materials, etc.
If you need assistance navigating dropbox or finding resources within dropbox please reach out to the Implementation Team at the Home office.
Let’s Go! Coordinators are provided with a link to be able to access their own, region specific Google drive forms. The Google forms link as well as a unique site registration link is included in each coordinator’s pre-work email. Google drive forms are your record keeping tool. All of your registered sites are listed on your Google drive forms and there are multiple tabs which you are responsible for keeping updated on a monthly basis. The information on the Google form is vital to the Home Office team as we work to support you in helping your sites. It is also the place where you can keep track of your sites, the champions, site visits, progress of their action plans and any other notes or follow-ups you wish to track throughout the program year.
When you register a new site, that site’s information that you collect via the registration link automatically gets uploaded to your Google Drive.
Updating the site champions and their contact information is the responsibility of the local coordinator each program year. Joel Richard is your home office guru when it comes to your Google Drive for access and functionality. If you have any questions or need technical assistance with your Google Drive email Joel at the Home Office.
