Returning Junior Volunteer Enrollment Checklist

Enrollment for the 2020 Summer Junior Volunteer Program closes on January 24, 2020 at 4 pm.

Step 1: (to be completed by January 24, 2020)

Print or view the Annual Review, Service Areas and Program Guidelines

Step 2: (to be completed by January 24, 2020)

Complete the following:

  1. Returning Junior Volunteer Enrollment Form
  2. Annual Safety & Policy Review Self-Test
  3. Confidentiality & Parental Consent Forms (print and sign)
  4. Guidelines Quiz

Email Confidentiality and Parental Consent form as an attachment to with the subject line: “YOUR NAME- Returning Junior Application Forms”. If unable to email, please drop off forms no later than 4 pm on Friday, January 24, to Volunteer Services at 22 Bramhall St., Maine General Building Level 1, Room 1652.

Step 3: (mid-March)

Be on the lookout for your placement packet. This will contain your assignments and health screening requirements.

Step 4: (June 11, 2020)

Attend Returning Junior Volunteer Orientation on Thursday, June 11th from 3:30 PM – 5:30 pm. Directions will be included in the placement packet. Participation in the Orientation is mandatory. This is one of two mandatory dates in the Junior Volunteer program. If you have scheduling conflicts please contact Volunteer Services ASAP.
