United Way of Greater Portland funding will support projects aimed at improving the health status of children and adults in Cumberland County.
Through Maine Cancer Foundation's Tobacco Grants program, MaineHealth Care at Home is awarded $56,437 to implement an initiative that seeks to limit tobacco use, and ultimately cancer incidence and deaths, among agency patients.
