Stebbins Joins SMH

Gregory Hardy, MD, FACOG, CMO, recently announced that Katherine Stebbins, PA,  has been hired as a Physician Assistant with the Adult Inpatient Medicine program at Stephens Memorial Hospital.


Stebbins attended Arcadia University in Newark, Delaware, earning her Master of Medical Science in the Physician Assistant Program in 2017.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Prior to attending graduate school she worked as a Unit Coordinator Certified Nurse's Aide.


Hardy shares that in her new role, “Katie will be an integral member of the health care team for hospitalized patients at Stephens Memorial. She will work closely with the physician hospitalists and all members of the team to provide appropriate and respectful care to our patients. She will be a great addition and we are pleased to welcome her!”


Of her new position Stebbins states, "I am honored to be a member of the dedicated and talented healthcare team at Stephens. I cannot express enough gratitude to those who have welcomed me so warmly!"


Stebbins lives in Portland and loves taking advantage of all the hiking and beaches in the area. She is also passionate about traveling for both pleasure and volunteer service.
