MMC is updating the conditions of five patients who were injured in the Farmington explosion. The conditions as of 8:30 p.m. this evening are as follows:
• Terry Bell, critical
• Scott Baxter, critical
• Theodore Baxter, critical
• Timothy Hardy, satisfactory (upgraded from fair earlier today)
• Joseph Hastings, satisfactory (upgraded from fair earlier today)
The families of the patients have requested privacy and are not granting interviews.
This will be the last update until tomorrow afternoon, Sept 18. Beginning tomorrow, updates on the conditions of these patients will be posted once a day at approximately 3:30 p.m. at https://mainehealth.org/maine-medical-center/newsroom.
