To qualify for dental care at this location, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or, be a pediatric patient covered by MaineCare
  • Live in Waldo County, Maine
  • Not have seen a dentist in the past 12 months
  • Meet federal income guidelines

Income guidelines start at $29,160 for one person and increase by $10,280 for each additional person in the family unit.
