Community Classes and Events

Figuring out how to be healthy shouldn’t be hard. At MaineHealth, we want to be your one-stop resource for health care education and health resources. Looking for help with weight control? Looking for a support group in your community?  We’re here to help.

Health education

Our health educators help patients and community members find the health information and support they need to be true partners in their care.  Contact one of our health educators at the Learning Resource Center to answer your specific health question or to point you to a resource in the community.
