Fourth-year medical students in the Tufts University School of Medicine – MaineHealth (TUSM-MH) Maine Track program celebrated “Match Day” on Friday, learning which residency program they’ll be joining for the next three to seven years.

March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, an opportunity to emphasize the importance of early detection. In recognition, MaineHealth’s coastal region is spotlighting efforts to improve access to screening and encourage conversations between patients and care teams about available options.

As part of its ongoing commitment to addressing food insecurity, MaineHealth Waldo Hospital has added a “Help Yourself” food pantry shelf inside MaineHealth Primary Care Family Medicine Brooks, located at 55 Reynolds Road. This new shelf marks the 12th shelf serving Knox and Waldo counties.
