As a psychiatric and mental health Nurse Practitioner in geriatric outpatient psychiatry, I provide medication management and psychotherapy services for older adults. I enjoy forming collaborative relationships with patients and families. I aim to provide care of the whole person that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. I draw on training in cognitive behaviorally-oriented therapies, mindfulness practice and positive psychology, as well as ongoing learning from patients, who have been my best teachers.
