Russell I C Erickson IV, MD
- Neurology
After obtaining an MD degree at Loma Linda University, I stayed on to complete my neurology residency training there in Loma Linda, California, where I served as a chief resident. With a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Walla Walla University, and master’s degree in Human Physiology from University of Oregon, my interests in technology, data systems, and neuroscience led me to the field of neurology.
As a general neurologist my interests include all neurologic disorders, and especially how preventative medicine, diet, and a healthy lifestyle can reduce the risk of neurologic issues like stroke. I enjoy explaining neurology to my patients and value taking the time to get to know each of them and their families.
Outside of work I enjoy recording music, and cycling or kayaking with my wife around the Portland area.
