I hope to form meaningful relationships with patients built on trust and respect. Through this relationship, we can identify, challenge, and shift the thoughts and behaviors that worsen symptoms and get the patient back to functioning well. As a former athlete, I have always been interested in the challenges athletes face and how to overcome such struggles for maximum performance. I feel privileged to have a job in which I get to know people in meaningful ways and make a difference in their well-being.
