Stephens Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that has been recognized by the Leapfrog Group as one of the Top Rural Hospitals in the nation. Our Community

Located in the beautiful western foothills of Maine, Norway is a scenic affordable community in the heart of a four-season recreational area. Community Health Needs Assessment

MaineHealth partners with community based organizations, schools, businesses and government agencies to understand and address factors impacting the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Every three years, non-profit hospitals are required to conduct a community health needs assessment and develop strategies to address these needs through a community health implementation plan.
