Access to a patient portal is given to all Franklin Health primary care patients with computer access. A patient portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a secure user name and password, patients can view their test results, office visit summaries, medication list, and request prescription refills and appointments. Patient portals enhance patient-provider communication, empower patients, support care between visits and, most importantly, improve patient outcomes.
Currently the patient portal at Franklin Health Intown Medicine isn't the same as other Franklin Health Practices. If you don’t have access, simply provide your email address to the front desk on your next visit. Staff will provide you with instructions on how to create your account and access its features.
We value our patients. If your provider refers you for an additional health care service or procedure, or makes a recommendation that you see a specialty provider, you have the right to obtain services from a different provider. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to discuss the cost of the service or procedure, as costs may vary by provider. A description of the service or the applicable medical codes or current procedural terminology codes may be needed by the insurance company, and we are happy to provide you with that written information upon request.
