Groundbreaking Celebration Sanford Inpatient Unit

Maine Behavioral Healthcare and Southern Maine Health Care are excited to collaborate on a transformative plan to expand inpatient behavioral health services at the Sanford Medical Center. Hear about the new behavioral Health Unit slated to open in 2020.

Heroes with Heart Thanks to our Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) volunteers, Heroes with Heart honorees, generous sponsors, donors and guests and all of those who helped make our 13th annual Heroes with Heart Celebration on April 5th, 2018 a feel-good, fun event and a wonderful success. The event raised more than $38,000 for TIP's services.
Signs of Hope On August 1st, 2018 over 150 friends and colleagues gathered at the home of Sheri and Joe Boulos to celebrate Maine Behavioral Healthcare's annual Signs of Hope fundraiser. The event raised over $90,000 to improve treatment services for patients with developmental disorders at Maine Behavioral Healthcare and Spring Harbor Hospital.

Annual Golf Classic On August 24th, 2018, thirty-two teams participated in the 27th Annual Golf Classic and raised over $43,000 toward access to behavioral healthcare programs for children in need – regardless of their ability to pay. We are so grateful to our sponsors, golfers, donors and volunteers for making this success possible!
