Apply & Contact

To be eligible for the Geriatric Fellowship, the applicant must have graduated from an accredited residency training program in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice. Our goal is to train highly competent Geriatric physicians who relate well to older patients and their families and are able to practice in any setting. As such, strong communication skills, especially the ability to work with and relate to others, are fundamental to this program.

Candidate selection is based on the quality of previous medical training, assessment of competence by the Geriatrics Division Director and Program Director and personal qualities identified in the interview process. MMC supports two Geriatric Fellowship positions each year.

The Geriatric Fellowship at MMC is enrolled in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) provided by the Association of American Medical Colleges. Please use this service to submit your application.
