Adolescent Well-Care Visit: Peer-to-Peer

Tuesday, July 10, 12:00 - 1:00 PM

Adolescent well-care visits can be a great way to ensure that patients receive appropriate screenings, anticipatory guidance and health education to support their physical, emotional and behavioral development. Because of the profound impact they can have on patient wellbeing, adolescent well-care visits are also one of the "top ten" quality metrics for MaineHealth ACO practices.

During this webinar, join pediatric medicine leaders Dr. Jonathan Fanburg and Dr. Linda Glass for a discussion about well-visit components, confidentiality, creating an adolescent friendly environment and more. Come with your questions, comments and ideas.

Peer-to-Peer Forum: Improving Clinical Documentation in Ambulatory Care

Tuesday, July 17, 12:00 - 1:00 PM

Often, the most useful ideas come from people who are facing the same challenges you are. Join your fellow MaineHealth ACO participants in an open discussion about Ambulatory Clinical Documentation Improvement (ACDI). ACDI is a top priority of the MaineHealth ACO through 2020. ACO staff will briefly discuss why, and then open up the hour for peer-to-peer discussion of current challenges and possible strategies for improvement. Providers with clinical documentation improvement experience will be on hand to answer questions, along with documentation specialists and members of the ACO’s Network and Performance Improvement teams.

Add your voice to the discussion. Please join us.
