The new ACO Best Practice Frameworks cover a variety of topics to help you improve care in the ambulatory environment such as Annual Wellness Visits, Colorectal Cancer Screening, and Peds BMI. Join Regina Quattrucci, MaineHealth ACO Improvement Advisor, to learn about the current available Best Practice Frameworks and understand the three components in each; infrastructure-building, competency development and the community resource listing. Regina will walk through the available resources, where to find them and how the ACO can help you adopt them in your practice.
