MaineHealth Food Pantry at MaineHealth Stephens Hospital

In Maine, one out of every five children and one out of every ten people do not have reliable access to affordable, healthy food. The MaineHealth Food Pantry at MaineHealth Stephens Hospital provides a safe and inclusive space that improves community access to nourishing food, local resources and social connection.

There are no eligibility requirements. All are invited to visit this welcoming, confidential space that provides enough free, fresh, frozen and shelf-stable food to feed a household for up to one week. The food pantry is possible through a partnership with Good Shepherd Food Bank.
