Honorees are recognized at a public ceremony and receive a certificate and celebration party to share with their team.

The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses® is a national award that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary, compassionate and skillful care given by nurses every day. PBMC is proud to honor our dedicated nurses who serve as a role model and demonstrate enthusiasm and positivity while meeting the challenges of nursing.
Sunshine Award
The Sunshine Award recognizes the special skills and compassionate care provided by our nursing support staff. These care team members are an integral part of the nursing care team and we are proud to recognize them. The Sunshine Award recipient is a role model who demonstrates patient advocacy, leadership, teamwork and makes a difference in the life of a patient or family member.
