I have been part of Western Maine Health and worked as a nurse practitioner in the internal medicine practice for 13 years. What I have learned from years of experience in medicine is to listen. My favorite part of each patient interaction is to hear their stories. Each story is unique and valuable. It helps us create meaningful relationships with our patients and individualize their care. I always want to meet people where they are in the moment. If they are ready to prevent or reduce the risk of disease, I equip myself with the knowledge to facilitate these changes. I have a strong belief in the power of prevention.

Taking care of our patients requires a strong and devoted team. I work with some of the most caring, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers I have ever encountered in my 21 years as a nurse practitioner.

My husband and I have lived in the Oxford Hills for decades and are raising our two daughters here, so I am here to stay!
