Brian J McGrory

My goal is to offer safe, cutting-edge, evidence-based, non-surgical and surgical care for adult patients with hip and knee arthritis. My team and I offer comprehensive care and complete follow-up, specializing in less invasive hip and knee replacements. I have been interested in the human body and the musculoskeletal system in particular, for as long as I remember. I enjoy the complexity and detail driven process of caring for patients with joint problems, and love the combination of mechanics and understanding of the biological response that surgical reconstruction entails. I enjoy teaching and mentoring students in the Tufts Medical School, and am involved nationally as Editor-in-chief of the on-line periodical, Arthroplasty Today. I have published 85 peer-reviewed research papers involving hip and knee replacement.
