Developing long terms relationships with my patients is the joy of my practice.  My patients are very diverse and what they have taught me about their different cultures and perspectives has been far more than I’ve been able to teach them! I try to focus whenever I can on developing wellness and encourage folks to make good plant-based whole food dietary choices and add a healthy dose of exercise to their routines.  In my free time, I enjoy healthy cooking, cycling, skiing and spending time outside with my teenage children, husband and dog.
