Amy L McAuliffe

I feel privileged to be included as a partner in the pursuit of your optimal health. I particularly enjoy working in partnership with you to identify and address barriers to your goals. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you, and I prefer learning directly from you and my colleagues. I enjoy providing inpatient psychiatric services because I am allowed to work directly with the teams caring for you medically, and I believe the best care includes attention to both physical and mental health.

I also have a small role working on a national double-blind research study on Lithium for Suicidal Behaviors in Mood Disorders with the Department of Veterans Affairs. I enjoy spending time with my family along the coast, mountains and lakes of Maine. I am learning to ski and hope to eventually be able to keep up with my young kids in the winter.
