I believe in a common sense approach to family medicine - understanding that each child or adult is unique, taking the time to listen and learn his or her story, and working together to settle on a treatment that makes the most sense. Integrative medicine training has opened my eyes to non-pharmacological methods of healing that I am excited to also offer my patients. I enjoy running and hiking with my wife and son, and occasionally escaping to Northern Maine where I grew up.
