Christian T Sorenson, PAC
- Certified Physician Assistant
I am a PA-C, veteran, and current Doctoral fellow at the University of Lynchburg. I previously attended the prestigious Brown University where I earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership. Prior to this, I received my PA education from MGH Institute of Health Professions Physician Assistant program where I conducted my clinical training through the Mass General Brigham system. Before my PA-C career began, I served nearly 9 years in the US military with multiple deployments overseas. Given my military background and time spent overseas, I witnessed the dire need for medicine so many struggle to receive. I have dedicated this yearning to serving the communities most in need; my fellow veterans and those in rural communities. Because of my deep connection to the veteran community I dedicate my free time to volunteering with the nonprofit One More Wave, specializing in providing surf therapy for disabled veterans. Additionally, I have immense passion for education, teaching part time as an Adjunct clinical professor for the PA program at UNE and clinically precepting PA students. Given my current position as a Family Medicine provider I bring a passion of good high quality whole care to my patients every single day.
