Jennifer is a board certified internist currently licensed to practice in Maine. She attended the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated in 2001. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St John Detroit Riverview Hospital, Michigan in 2004 where she was named chief resident and was awarded the Distinguished Resident of the Year in her specialty by her peers. Prior to moving to Maine in 2008 she practiced Internal Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Her practice involved seeing patients with chronic medical conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings. Dr. Wiley was very active teaching residents and medical students and also provided care through the local hospital's geriatric clinic. In 2007 she was awarded the honor of Fellow of Osteopathic Internal Medicine. She comes to PBMC from Central Maine Medical Center where she has been practicing Internal Medicine in an outpatient setting for the past eight years. She specializes in long-term, comprehensive care managing both common and complex illnesses of adults and the elderly.
