Leona S Cloutier, FNP

I have worked in Primary Care at Memorial Hospital for 23 years. I became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner 7 years ago and most recently I have pursed my long term goal to specialize in oncology, hospice, and palliative care. I also love caring and working with the residents, families, and staff at the Merriman House, our local long term care facility. I have a passionate, holistic and evidence based approach to health care and I strongly believe in shared decision making between the provider, patient and family. I embrace the constant opportunity to collaborate with our health care team in order to promote and maintain wellness for the community. I also enjoy basketball, cycling, running, and most importantly, spending time with my cats, dogs, and family!
