20 years of practice has gone by in the blink of an eye! I love caring for families and seeing my patients grow up. Many of them return now with children of their own, which I find to be a great honor and privilege.
Improving the quality of care of patients not just in my practice, but in all Maine Medical Partners pediatric patients, has been a personal ambition of mine for the past several years. It’s been fulfilling to see our practice focus on the things that are important for pediatric patients; healthy eating habits, emphasizing the importance of exercise, offering mental health services in our offices, improving our immunization rates, offering dental clinics and fluoride varnish at visits, and screening for depression.
In my free time, I enjoying reading, volunteering, and travelling with my husband, a retired Coast Guard Senior Chief. I’m looking forward to many more years of practice and seeing the next generation grow!
