Samantha M Fields, AGPCNP

I completed my degree in Kinesiology at Pennsylvania State University. I knew that I wanted to have a larger role in medicine and returned to school. I completed a second degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner Studies at Salem State University in Massachusetts. My interests include adult cardiology, orthopedics and geriatrics. I believe that patient-centered care is unique to each individual and should be reflective of their long-term health goals.
