I entered medical school after I had taken a first aid trip as part of requirements for being a guide. I had also done a lot of work in the ski patrol and got tired of just taking the injured off the mountain. Wanting to be part of the bigger solution, I went to medical school. My philosophy of care is to help patients understand their options so we can make the best decisions together about their care and to meet their activity goals.
