I am trained in traditional open surgical procedures and advanced laparoscopic surgery. I perform a wide variety of surgical procedures for many diagnoses including benign and malignant breast diseases, hernias, gallbladder disease, stomach and small intestine problems, colon cancers and diverticular disease. I also preform screening colonoscopies. I attended Hahnemann School of Medicine and completed my residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Hospital, followed by a Gastrointestinal Surgical Research Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I previously served on the active staff at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Mass., and at Maine General Medical Center in Waterville.
