- Rehabilitation Services: Those who have experienced a major heart event may benefit from Memorial Hospital's AACVPR-certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Located in our Heart Health and Wellness Center, this program is designed to support recovery after heart surgery, valve replacement surgery, heart attack, stent/angioplasty, or a heart transplant.
