Pediatric Urology

Children have unique needs that are different from adults. Pediatric urologists provide a safe and comfortable environment for youngsters and care that parents can depend on. They provide skilled and compassionate care to children.

Pediatric urology focuses on conditions affecting urination and reproductive organs in children. Pediatric urologists know that these issues can often be embarrassing for children.  They understand children’s needs while considering parent’s needs and concerns too.

What is pediatric urology?

Urologic disorders in children often have different symptoms and treatments very different than those seen in adults. Ask your child’s doctor if you have questions about a diagnosis or procedure.

Excessive bedwetting can be a sign of urological issues. Bedwetting is one of the most common issues children experience. Some children experience bedwetting more frequently than others. This can be a sign of urological issues.  Ask your provider if you have concerns about your child’s bedwetting.
