Macrobiotics is a natural approach to health and sickness. A macrobiotic diet consists of whole foods and cooking techniques brimming with health giving qualities. The Painted Book

Tuesdays, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24: 5:30 - 7:00pm

Individuals with a history of cancer or currently in treatment, and their caregiver, are invited to partake in this artistic experience to explore your personal cancer journey. We will explore creative writing, visual imagery, and art journal techniques to create a painted book that tells your story. Free - Supplies will be provided. If desired, you can bring a book you don’t necessarily care about.

Breast Cancer Survivors Celebration Tea
