Heidi J Miller, MD

My surgical passion lies in providing hernia patients with improved quality of life and core function. I have a wide range of skills that allows me chose the appropriate approach for each patient, and includes robotics, laparoscopy and open repairs. I am also trained in advanced laparoscopic, endoscopic and robotic approaches to complex issues of the Upper GI tract and can offer Per Oral Endoscopic Myotomy for achalasia. I grew up in Wyoming and am excited to be in Maine and on the water. Now living in South Portland, I enjoy getting outside to explore with my dog, kayaking, paddleboarding, skiing, cycling and anything that gets me dirty and tired at the end of the day. My next project is learning to surf!
