MaineHealth is dedicated to ensuring that children and adults with congenital heart problems receive the highest quality care from experienced heart specialists. We diagnose and treat congenital heart disease and related complex medical issues and also perform heart surgery to repair congenital heart defects. Services are also available to address pediatric heart issues that develop during childhood.
Our highly-skilled staff includes cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, nurses and technicians. This multidisciplinary team collaborates to evaluate congenital heart issues and provide personalized treatment plans for each patient. We provide a full menu of diagnostics, treatments, and procedures for congenital cardiovascular disease. Our goal is to help pediatric and adult patients successfully manage their congenital heart conditions and live active, healthy lives. We are committed to the highest level of patient care as well as the discovery and development of better treatments for congenital cardiovascular diseases.
