LincolnHealth provides expert cancer care for adults age 18 and older, close to home. From diagnosis to treatment, our medical oncology and hematology team provides evidence-based care for cancers and diseases of the blood, bone marrow, vascular and lymphatic systems. We also evaluate and manage benign disorders (e.g. hemolytic and nutritional anemia, ITP and neutropenia); and congenital/acquired disorders of hemostasis coagulation and thrombosis. We are part of MaineHealth Cancer Care.
Cancer care services include:
- Outpatient IV and oral chemotherapy and symptom management
- Infusion services and therapeutic phlebotomies
- Cancer screening and surveillance in both the pre and post-treatment population
- Consults and referrals to clinical trials, specialized oncology, surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic services
- Palliative care
- Social work, navigation and financial counseling
